  • What does the Foundation do with donations
    The Foundation works to support staff, students, and the district by funding special projects and initiatives that are not part of the annual budget. Woodland staff members are able to apply for grants that will assist with: Innovative Projects Student Scholarships Support for Educational Programs and Experiences Technology Classroom Supplies
  • Is the Foundation Part of Woodland District 50?
    No. The Foundation is a nonprofit that operates as a separate entity from the district
  • How is the Foundation Different than the PTA?
    The PTA primarily raises funds for students by hosting events that involve the children. The Foundation raises funds for the district and staff members to benefit the students by hosting events that involve local businesses, partner organizations, and are geared more for adults.
